Mike Guglielmucci’s Hillsong Performance of “Healer”

with 8 comments

I came across a video of Michael Guglielmucci’s performance of “Healer” at the Hillsong Conference, and wanted to share it with you.

It’s still a powerful song, and Mike’s still an incredible musician. I just wanted to share with you the music, and let you see it for yourself.

  1. We are called to forgive and he is called to come clean, even from financial gain of this song. Its a powerful song and can still encourage a cancer stricken person or any ill person…lets pray for Michael and his family I am sure he is hurting right now…

  2. For those who have looked on what Mike has done and said, “Oh, what a terrible thing,” or “Oh, what a terrible man!” With love and respect, I can only say one thing to you. Get over it. The Bible says that no temptation has seized you except what is COMMON to man. That means that the “secret” sin you have isn’t so secret. We all struggle with it. It’s COMMON. Every single human being is capable of ANY sin at ANY time given the right circumstances. There is not ONE of us who can look down on Mike and say, “Oh how terrible.” Don’t you realize that mercy triumphs over judgment? Don’t you realize that when Mike stands before Jesus to give an account for his life that the SAME BLOOD that covers YOUR sins will cover HIS? Don’t you realize our God is a gracious and compassionate God, slow to anger and ABOUNDING in love? Guys, we were all conceived in a sinful mother’s womb, we were all born into a sinful world. We’ve ALL fallen into temptation after temptation. But God’s grace covers us! So before you condemn Mike for his “oh so terrible” acts, know that the blood that forgives you forgives him as well. Don’t you dare pick up the first stone.

Mike, we love you brother. Be free!

  6. We are but mere mortals, so who are we to judge our fellow man when he is hurting.
The song is powerful and it is a song that my sister clung to when she was diagnosed with and eventually succumbed to cancer.
God uses the broken vessel to reveal his glory and grace.

  8. Let God judge us according to what we have done. It is God who has the right to condemn everyone of us because we are His creation and as a matter of fact He is the Supreme Law Giver. God’s abundant grace excepts no one..I also agree to what Jesus has said ”

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone.”

    Amen..
